Frequently Asked Questions

When do you open and close orders each week?
We open orders on Monday mornings and close once we reach our weekly limit or the item sells out. Some items sell out quickly, so it’s best to order early in the week.

What if something I wanted is sold out?
If an item is marked as sold out, it means we’ve reached our order limit for the week or the product is temporarily unavailable. Many items do return, so we recommend joining the email list to be notified when they’re back.

Can I include order details later?
Yes! If you're ordering something custom, you can either add your notes and upload images when placing your order, or send them by email afterward to hello@givinggoodnews.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship most orders within 3–5 business days, and shipping typically takes an additional 2–4 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order is on the way.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. International shipping isn’t available at this time.

Can I make changes after placing my order?
If you need to make a change, email us right away. We begin processing orders quickly, so changes may not be possible if we've already started crafting your order.

Are your products eco-friendly?
We do our best to make choices that are kind to the planet, from natural ingredients and reusable products to compostable or recyclable packaging whenever possible.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on non-custom items if they are in brand new condition and returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom items are not eligible for return. If you need to start a return, email us at hello@givinggoodnews.com for instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.

How does my purchase provide clean water?
Each purchase helps fund clean water through charity:water. For every item sold, we donate an amount equivalent to the cost of providing that many liters of clean water. The exact amount varies by item, check the product description to see the impact of your purchase.
