Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that custom products, perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please reach out to us.
